My Zmart Remote doesn't work:
A. Is the Zmart Remote sender unit plugged into your phone and pointing at your TV/DVD etc.?
B. Have you activated the Zmart Remote App online and replied to the email we have sent to you?
C. Have you removed the battery tab from the side of the sender unit?
D. Have you tried learn-in commands from your existing remote?
E. Have you set up Volume Limit? Please go to Settings-Music-Volume Limit to check the setting. Make sure "Volume Limit" is turned off.

I cannot find my remote control from the lists
A. Use the Learn-in function to add your remote control.

I have a problem controlling my Sony Devices

A. Sony devices have a different type of IR protocol. IF you are learning the IR commands from your Sony devices, please make sure you choose Brand-Sony. Zmart Remote knows how to handle Sony devices.

I cannot learn-in my air conditioning/heating/other remote control. 
A. Zmart Remote only works with Infra Red (IR) audio visual devices and other IR Zmart Products. Other appliances use different IR protocols so cannot be learned in.

I cannot control my BlueTooth/WiFi TV. 

A. Zmart Remote only works with Infra Red (IR) audio visual devices and other IR Zmart Products.

I have to reset my device-where is my activation code?
A. Your activation code has been sent to you in your activation email. It can be used to reactivate your Zmart Remote App on the same device. If you wish to change to a different device, your activation code allows you to do this a single time. This allows you to use the Zmart Remote on a maximum of two devices.

I want to upgrade my device.

A. Your activation code can be used to activate the Zmart Remote app on a maximum of two devices.

I have lost my activation code.
A. Please check your activation email.
B. Replacement activation codes may be purchased for discounted prices to cover administration and handling. Each activation code can be used to activate the Zmart Remote on a maximum of two devices. Click here to purchase.

I want to purchase a new activation code.

A. New activation codes may be purchased for a nominal fee to cover administration and handling. Each activation code can be used to activate the Zmart Remote on a maximum of two devices.
