5. Where can I get replacement tips for the Pearl Hair Remover?

With long-term/repeated use, the wire element inside a tip will wear out and break. This is normal and to be expected. Do no attempt to repair or reuse a tip that is broken or damaged in any way. Remove it immediately and discard. Replace your Pearl tip with a new one any time this occurs.
